We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

address
phone number
email address
credit/debit card details.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
Pricing Policy
All products on More than a diamond are priced in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate.
Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without giving reason. The 7 working day period commences from when you are in receipt of the goods.
1. Goods can be returned for a full refund if they are damaged on delivery or if the wrong item has been dispatched.
2. In the event that the wrong goods are dispatched please contact us through the website to arrange their return.
3. All returns must be organized within 14 days of placing your order and items must be unused and with their original packaging.
4. Return postage costs regarding refunds for damaged on delivery items or those sent in error will be refunded onto the card used for the initial purchase.
Return of Goods Procedure.
1. Contact us via e-mail through the website explaining why you wish to return the goods.
2. You will be instructed how to return the item(s).
3. The original receipt must be returned.
4. Please return items in original packaging.
5. Once the returned goods have been checked your account will be credited.
6. Packages must be returned pre-paid.
Under no circumstances are goods to be returned to the More than a diamond without consulting customer service.
Any goods returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Card Refunds
All refunds will be placed on the original card used for the purchase. Please allow 28 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
