How to Order?
All orders must be placed through the website. Please do not e-mail your card details to us. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details when submitted via e-mail and all such orders will be ignored.
Accepted Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Switch & Solo. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards.
Card Security
The utmost care and consideration is taken to ensure that your card details are secure. This is achieved by encrypting your card number at the time when you place your order. It is imperative that you type in the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card and address exactly as it appears on the statement.
When will you be charged
Your card will only be debited when we are ready to dispatch your goods.
Delivery Address/Telephone Number
Delivery address must be the same as on the card statement if ordering for the first time. Subsequent orders can be sent to alternative addresses. More than a diamond Ltd reserves the right to change this policy if fraudulent activity is suspected.
When ordering you must supply a valid daytime telephone number. We will only use this information in the event of problems with the dispatch/delivery of your order.
Delivery
All items will be dispatched the same working day providing the order is placed before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm or outside office hours will be dispatched the next working day. Customers will be notified by e-mail a soon as possible if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than the stated time. If goods are not available for immediate dispatch you will be asked via email if you wish to proceed. Delivery will be attempted as many times as is allowed under the terms of the initial dispatch. Any subsequent delivery attempts or refusal is the responsibility of the customer and as such all charges incurred by More than a diamond Ltd will be passed on.
Delivery Charges
UK MAINLAND: Delivery is charged at £6.00 in addition to the order total when sent to mainland addresses in England, Wales and Scotland.
What if an item is out of stock?
If the item you have chosen is unavailable you will be contacted via your e-mail address as soon as possible and given the option of an alternative product. Under no circumstances will payment be taken for items that are not in our immediate stock.
Ring Sizing
As part of your purchase if you require the ring to be sized this will be carried out free of charge. You will only be charged for the returned postage which can be paid by enclosing a cheque for £6 when you send the ring back to us.
